Veteran Wellbeing & Saluting their Service Grants

Government grant funding is available to support veterans and remember the service of Defence personnel. Wreaths on ANZAC Day.

The Albanese Government is committed to delivering the best possible services and supports to Defence personnel, veterans and families.

Applications are now open for community groups and ex-service organisations in Swan for funding to support our veteran community and commemorate the service and sacrifice of current and former serving personnel.

 

Veteran Wellbeing Grants Program

The Veteran Wellbeing Grants Program invites ex-service organisations to apply for funding to develop community-based projects that support the wellbeing of veterans and families.

The program seeks to fund initiatives that provide safe, accessible environments as well as the enhancement of social connections to improve wellbeing.

Applications must be made directly through GrantConnect before 23 January 2024 at 9:00pm ACT Local Time (6:00pm AWST).

Saluting their Service Grants

The Saluting Their Service Commemorative Grants program is designed to support the commemoration of Australian veterans and their families.

Funding for a wide range of commemorative projects is available under the program, with previous successful projects ranging from memorial walls and flagpole installations to video documentaries and solar light fittings.

Applications must be made directly through GrantConnect before 6 February 2024 at 9:00pm ACT Local Time (6:00pm AWST).
